My Gym – Beverly Hills (My Gym) [S]

My Gym, located in LA, focuses in Early Childhood Physical Education which allows kids to gain strength & self esteem. Our Gym class incorporates relays, games, basic gymnastics & sport skills. Dance classes are taught in a progressive learning system & consists of Ballet, Jazz, Tap & Hip Hop. In our Karate classes, children learn the basics of Martial Arts & build a sound foundation for their future as Martial Artists. Kicking, punching & blocking techniques will instill confidence & self awareness while developing speed, balance, and overall coordination. In time, your little ones will be testing for patches, belt stripes, and highter belts.
