About Cynthia

Cynthia Trosper brings a wealth of experience to the ilead team having 23 years of teaching within the general and special education realms. She has taught most grade levels and holds various credentials and masters degrees, one being in the area of leadership. She holds true to the belief that “All students can learn”. She loves ilead because it gives students the opportunity to learn a variety of skills by thinking outside the box and not mandating that all students learn the same way. She enjoys getting to know each student and their family so she can best service them and meet their needs to help them be successful.
