High School Learning Resource: Gooru

Gooru is a free platform that gives learners and teachers the ability to search for valuable learning materials. But wait! There’s more! This resource allows you to create your own “classrooms” for any subject you want. Gooru can work as a great learning option for three reasons:

1. Gooru has indexed thousands of open education resources and created libraries full of organized courses ready for you to use. You can even narrow your search by subject, grade level, standard and/or source.
2. Gooru offers a place for you to grow your own content collections. You can organize what you find into a “classroom” for your learner.
3. Gooru lets you track your learner’s progress. You can assign work, gather assignments and create lesson plans. This could be especially useful for high school learners on the customized track!
