During Mental Health Awareness Month, we would like to draw your attention to mental health resources. you know that if you text “HOME” to 741741 when you are feeling depressed or suicidal or just needing someone to talk to, a crisis counselor will text you? It is a free service. It is okay not to be okay. Don’t hesitate to reach out.
