Vendor Spotlight: Drum Lessons with Corey
Corey Townley is a drum instructor serving San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita and surrounding areas. He has offered private drum and percussion instruction for over 17 years in south Orange County to learners ages 5 years and above. His classes are fun and entertaining.
During his classes, drummers learn about:
- Types of drum-sets (rock, jazz, blues, Latin, double bass, etc…)
- “Jamming” with other musicians
- Correct techniques
- Rudiments
- Drum-lines (opportunities for summer camps)
- Note reading and writing
- Stick tricks and showmanship
