Candis Berens [S]

In-home tutoring and small group instruction throughout the South Bay and Westside Los Angeles. Zoom sessions are available, as needed. Candis is a CA credentialed teacher specializing in K-8 reading, writing, and math instruction. A course of study is based on each student’s strengths, interests, and educational needs. Lessons provide structure for skill-building while infused with fun games and life/world applications. Long term project-based learning is also available to integrate skills, deepen knowledge, and develop executive functioning.
