Hello. I am ice skating Coach Kristina. I provide ice skating lessons at The Rinks: Anaheim ICE and periodically at other The Rinks facilities in Orange County. Lessons cover, but not limited to, basic foundations in figure skating or hockey, competitive figure skating, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training, choreography, rhythm, off and on ice training, Rollerblade exercises to enhance your ice skating skills, and other physical educations to enhance your ice skating.
