Down for Dance [S]

Down For Dance, DFD, is a nonprofit dance and arts program providing classes and performance opportunities. We focus on the Down syndrome community but are absolutely open to all abilities. We have in-person classes in La Habra, Long Beach, Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa in Southern CA. In-person classes include hip hop, musical theater, and contemporary. Our online classes are available to students across the country. Online classes include hip hop, musical theater, ballet, jazz, yoga, and art.
Our dance classes focus on dance technique and choreography complete with performance opportunities.
