Learn the fundamentals, including vault, bars, beam and floor exercise for girls, and tumbling, vault, parallel bars and high bar for boys.
Trampoline and Tumbling
This class is perfect for cheerleaders, sanders and anyone who would like to focus on their tumbling skills. Kids work on skill progressions using safety mats, foam pits, trampolines, tumbling ramp, rod floor and spring floor.
