Institute of Inquiry [S]

The Institute of Inquiry is an inventive and imaginative youth education program serving Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms, Pioneertown, Yucca Valley and Morongo Valley. We offer Interdisciplinary Core Subject plus Visual and Performing Arts classes to grades K-12th, as well as half-day multi-subject Early Childhood classes. Our mission is to cultivate a lifelong love of learning in our students and facilitate a deeper understanding of the high desert through inquiry and place-based education. Past classes have included Tessellations and the Math of Nature, Science of Photography and Light, Adventures in Architecture, and Silent Filmmaking.
