We offer self defense and jiu jitsu for children ages 4 to 17. Our Preschool program is for children, ages 4 to 7. Children in the preschool program may attend class three days per week. Our Youth program is for children, ages 7 to 17. Children in the youth program can attend classes Monday – Friday.
