Whatever your skill or fitness level, you train with peers for a truly satisfying workout experience. There are classes designed for children, for men as well as for women.
The RYSK BJJ School pay particular attention to the needs of students, working with them on the skills that are most important. Besides traditional BJJ classes, there is an open mat time for kickboxing and self-defense practice.
