The Swim Ranch [S]

The Swim Ranch, Located in Castaic provides full spectrum swimming instruction. We work with all levels of swimmers on the appropriate skills necessary for their swimming goals. We emphasize the fundamentals of float and air exchange to all swimmers. As swimmers advance, methods of propulsion are emphasized. Swimmers may continue with stroke refinement and fitness development to meet their fitness goals. Instruction focuses on performing each movement correctly before attempting complex movements together. This method engrains the correct movements into the person’ nervous system. Feedback is provided through mechanical manipulation, demonstration, and audio and video methods.
